Abstract Submission and Registration
The Abstract Submission is open from February 24th and the Registration Section will be active from March. Please proceed with your abstract submission clicking on the button below. You can choose between oral contribution or poster. We will try to allocate the maximum number of contributed talks within the program.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by 20/07/2025 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% minus EUR 10,00 processing fee of the paid conference fee refunded.
Cancellations received after 20/07/2025 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.
All refunds will be issued after the conference
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (email: congress@univie.ac.at).
